More biodiesel plants in Argentina

Ten new plants for the production of biodiesel will be inaugurated during the next two years in Cordoba. 


The construction of each facility will require an investment of 3.7 billion pesos on average. 


According to a report of the Biofuels Chamber of Cordoba (Cabiocor), chaired by Oscar Gentilli, biodiesel made from soybeans generate 468 million pesos this year, which will build "another ten plants" that will add to the nine already installed in the province. Domestic production of biodiesel is now of 520 tons daily.
